I'm pretty sure it was Disk Vol.6.

Edit: The song is "Dreams Dreams" from the game NiGHTS. It might be hard to find a copy these days, but here's some more info on the soundtrack. (http://www.altpop.com/stc/reviews/nights.htm)

If you download the setup file for Blue Burst, you'll be able to obtain an ogg file for the Kid's version of the Nights song. It would be against forum rules to suggest any other methods for downloading the song.
