I found a Pal Rappy (who ate all the scittles) and the hero ability says 1 hp when it gives you 1 ata. why does it say this.

He meants why do you get one accuracy instead of getting 1 HP. Read the description in the Item Database.

Its the same with God/Ability, except instead of giving 1 HP, it actually gives 2 ATA
