im trying to register over http://www.playsega.com but when i enter my serial number and access code it just keeps telling me to enter them.

i have nvr played online yet and this PSO was not used. can anyone help me out?

First, do you have the cookies for your browser enabled?

Before going any further, I just want to clarify one thing. Are you trying to register a Gamecube Episode 1 &2 account?

If we're talking about Sonic Team's servers, you have to register an account and setup a payment method.

If you live in Europe, you do that by visiting PlaySega.com. If you live in the United States, you'll have to wait until the billing/account servers are back up.

even though i live in the US cant i still sign up for the European server?

The Gamecube PSO serial and access codes are region-specific. You'll need an European copy of the game if you want to play on the EU servers.
