Section ID question [Archive]

ive been told that the best section ID for a ranger is purplenum. but i was wondering what is the best ID for shots?

not sure but as i am purplenum i know if u are after mechguns purplenum is for u

mechguns: purplenum
shots :viridia
rifles: greenill (i think)
my viridia finds tons of shots just on hard mode. so if you're after shots you'll have no trouble finding them if you have a viridia.

I wouldn't consider Viridia the ultimate authority on shots. While it does specialize in shots it does not get the Spread Needle (which is clearly a shoe as it is neither a pure rifle or shot). Yellowboze does find all of the shots as well as the Spread Needle. As a bonus it also finds the Frozen Shooter.
