In Plus offline, can you get the Ragol Ring in Seal of the heart if you do the bernie and sure sidequest?

First, finish the Sue subplot (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=881) and unlock Seabed offline in the same difficulty, then do the 'Seat of the Heart' (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=879) quest in the same difficulty, choosing the dialogue options as described here. are those quests not on offline, seemings its P2 and p" doesnt have offline quests

On PSO plus, Seal of the heart is an offline quest in episode 2.
