RAmarls.... is this true?

Can RAmarls really use tech levels 16-20? What are the specs of RAmarls... compared to the other rangers... Any additional info would be appreciated...

RAmarls have the highest MST and EVP of the Rangers, sort-of high ATA, and low HP and ATP. They can use all level 20 techniques, except for Grantz, Megid, and Reverser.

Okay, I admit that last sentence wasn't too clear.

RAmarls can use up to level 20 techniques, except for Megid and Grants. They also cannot use Reverser.

You mean; RAmarls can use up to level 20 techniques, but they cannot learn Megid, Grants, or Reverser at all.

Well very informative! I will be using a RAmarl from the start on PSO EPS:1&2. Looks like I have to make a bind for moon and star atomizers. NP. Anti lvls sound a bit weak but, I should bear in mind to always play with a force when it comes to the mines or ruins.....or full time when starting out from lvl 1, lol! Thanks for the info peeps.
