Good rifle...

I'm jsut looking for a good rifle for my RAcast and I can't find much for him...or really I just don't know what's good and easy to find...I've looked at the guides and I still don't really know.

Guilty Light with Hit% maybe?

Your Viridia finds many shot weapons also. Final Impact, Crush Bullet, Meteor Smash.

I don't know what to tell you for Rifle though. =/

Well I have some others I can work with too...Pinkal,Redria, Sklyly and oran are my main guys...I started all new guys because I got a new memory card...

A great rifle that is easy to find would be a Justy 23-ST. Seriously, they are all over the place on Greenill for sure. Get one with hit percentage, and you'll be home free for a number of levels.

On my third character, the Justy was my weapon of choice for 123, or so, levels. I'm not joking in that. I found one with 15% hit, and tekked it up to 25%. I rarely missed, and the special is great on it.

If your Redria character can handle it, head into Ultimate Ruins for a Spread Needle. With Unreduced Seize on your Racast, it should make things a bit easier for you. Also, on your Redria character, do some Ultimate Addicting Food runs. Vulmers drop Guilty Lights at a relatively low rate. I should know. I've found tons of Guilty Lights, the best one being with 45 hit.

Justy (my friend was lucky enough to get one with 65 hit untekked), Frozen Shoooter and Bringer's Rilfe are your best bets for Rifles. Also, rifles like Yax3kR, and weapons such as Yax9kM (which is a mechgun, but it has rifle range)

The best rifle you'll ever have is a Demon's Laser with hit%.

I'm using my friends Greenill HUcast and I must say...trying to speed through this to get him to VH while he's level 25 I think now isn't too fun...I'm definitly abusing the traps though...nothing is funnier than watching a group of about 6 or 7 gillchichs beating eachother up....

Yas 3000R + 60 is amazing, no special, but I use spread needle for that. not exactly an easy find, but its a good weapon.

Also, don't underestimate a simple Laser with good photon attributes. If you could find a Charge Laser, that could be extremely powerful in the hands of a Racast. It doesn't even have to have hit either. Rangers have enough ATA as is. My Charge Laser has 45% A. Beast and it's my weapon of choice in Caves.

They're really good too! Yeah mine has like 25% hit or something.

Realistically, though, these are two very different weapons. Using the two together by freezing a monster and using the Justy to cut its HP would be much better. Also, try to find a Demon's Laser with hit. It's much better than a Justy.

Justy is quite decent. It's a common rare so it's easy to find which increases your chance of getting one with hit%. With 'droids, it is arguably not as good since the special is reduced from 50% HP reduction to 25%.

FS is quite amazing but a little on the weak side. If you got high base ATP, it's not a problem but if you need high ATP, a Yasminkov 3000R is good, too (or a Justy with hit% http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif ).

SQ is very good but it's more of a niche weapon than the FS. FS rocks the Mines where common enemies can hit you at long distances but in the Ruins, SQ is very good if you can line enemies up (think Barta style and Delsabers). It works great on Claws, multiple Indie Belras, Arlans/Merlans/Del-Ds (although a Spread Needle would be better), and multiple Delsabers.

The 3000R is by far the best rifle. If you want guns you need a Greenil character though. Justy isn't bad though.
