I want opinions on this.

Personally, OI hsave almost everywhere, aside from occasionally letting my facial hair grow out, which usually just ends up with me having sideburns trimmed to look like flames...

I do this because I don't like body hair.

And also, pit hair is totally useless. Good for you if you find it attractive, your'e the first person I've noticed that has. It holds deodorant, itches, and just looks silly.

What are your opinions on this? Should males shave, and what?

And should females shave, or is that silly?

I shave my facial hair...

And why is shaving a problem? Maybe people don`t like having rugs on their legs arms.

(sorry, but firefox is being a bitch, so my post is a bit akward...)

Yeah, hair's annoying. I shave my face, and I have shaved elsewhere before, but I don't like the kinda sweaty, clammy feeling I get if I don't have hair.

Huh, my post is kinda awkward too. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Shave if you want. I think it shouldn't be mendatory that everyone should shave. I realize it makes odour less prominent, but ... I'd love to be able to wear sleeveless if I didn't bother shaving/waxing and not get glared at.

So my stand is. If you have time, shave/wax. If you don't, you should be allowed to. In summer I try to keep my body hair to a minimum just cuz it feels nicer and I wouldn't smell. But in winter, I should have the option to grow out my armpit hair as fully as possible until it annoy me. XD

har. If I didn't shave in a month, then I'd start to see the beginning or a really light moustache.

once a week and I look fine. :3

I shave everywhere. Facial hair every few days, by then I've got alot of stubble. Armpits I don't shave entirely, just very short and well-trimmed. Below the waist, well-trimmed, right up to entirely shaven.

I'm not going to hold it against anyone who doesn't shave, or finds hair attractive, but I like to feel well-groomed, smooth and all that.

I shave my facial hair when I feel like it. xD

Sometimes my sideburns get too long, and my stache and chin hair starts to come in as well.

My pit hair stays. It never bugs me.

*cough* hair below the belt is shaved occasionally... >_>
But I keep my leg hair.

For girls though, I don't know why they concern themselves with shaving their leg hair. Personally, I don't mind lengthy hair on women's legs. I'm not saying I'd like it if it were men's length, but just, I don't mind if they shave once or twice a month.

I shave my facial hair.

I don't bother with anything else though.

I actually do wax my legs, but only because they get irritated if I shave them >_>

And I understand the whole sweaty/sticky when theres no hair, but at the same time: less hair = less sweat buildup, deodorant working better, ect.

Cuz if you don't and dare show your legs you get glares. I kid you not. I'd be the first to admit that I love the feeling of bare skin without hair on pants or sheets or .. hell anything. It is nice. But when no one is seeing it, I couldn't be bothered. In fact, I try to show off my hairy legs to pretend I am all cool. Heh.

I'd probably shave more if it didn't grow so quickly. I've got some hairy legs but everything else is fairy short.

Anyway, in short: Shaved > groomed > desert island look

It's no biggie if a guy shaves. Although, whether or not you want the porn look for your meat and potatos is up to you. Just so long as you don't got an afro there....

With lasers coming into cheap/style, hair will probably lose the battle.
I say just laser the stuff and be done with it. It never grows back ever if you bother to do all the treatment plan. Most people have a problem with shaving/not shaving because it's a bother and a waste of time to do it. If the hair would just go 'zoop' and be gone, it seems most people would rather have 0 hairs in like arm pits and stuff.

I know there are some hair fetishists who like the furry armpit girl or guy. These people would never laser it or approve. However, most people turn a non-friendly eye toward a thick brush of prickly sweaty hair with cakes of gel or white crust in it suddenly revealed when someone raises an arm. Man OR woman. If 1 of them has to shave the other one should too. It should be the same standard.

Well groomed is what I prefer. Facial hair gets shaved off when it becomes too prominant as it looks daft then, and other body hair is kept at a neat level. Cant stand super bushy armpits.

I never found armpit hair on women particularly unattractive (unless it gets out of control), but leg and arm hair bothers me.

I don't shave anything except for my face - and even then, I don't really shave, I just trim the stubble to a light 5 o'clock shadow with a clipper. Once in a while I'll let my moustache and goatee grow out then shave the rest... but I'm too lazy to shave every day.

Shaving, the bane of my life ( okay just one of the many ).

I Shave my facial hair on a daily basis ( I sometimes alow a goatee to grow out but I will shave it off after 4 or 5 days ). I have to shave my facial hair daily because if I don't, it grows out very thick and very heavy and it will become very itchy. To make matters worse, I am also prone to getting in-grown hairs around my neck area.

I rather not shave since it is a hassle but at the same time I like being clean shaven since I hate the feel of hair-growth on my face.

It's not just facial hair. From as far back as I can remember I have always demanded that the hairdresser/barber ( in this case my Mother ) shave off all of the hair ( with the clipper ) on my head at least once a month. After I got to a certain age I started cutting my hair my self ( sometimes with the clipper, other times I just use a razor blade ). I shave my head balled every week

As for grooming other body hair, I don't do it often and I never, ever use a razor but I do like to keep things looking somewhat neat. This is because my father is very hairy and so am I. I look weird covered in toones of body hair but I will also look wierd if there was no hair.

*applause*

Bravo! This is quite the step forward.

You know, there was a girl in my P.E. class who I talked to only sometimes, because she's so cool, and she came up to me and showed me her leg hair which had gotten to at least half a centimeter in length.

It made me feel good to know she trusted me enough to show me that, and believe me when I say," I don't mind hair on women's legs," because I know women are very shy about their legs when they know inside that they haven't shaved in a while. Made my day!

Perhaps if all women slowly grew used to it...hmmm..

I'm probably the hairiest guy in my family, but I the only thing I shave is my beard. I have no trouble with hair growing out of my skin everywhere. Both for women and man, shave if you want. Don't shave if you don't want - For every reason you can think.

It's funny how often I shave, considering most people don't even think I have facial hair growing yet http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

In fact, to keep that up, I have to shave like everyday. It grows pretty fast.

Glad im not the only one who hates shaving, i should shave my facial hair once a day but i dont like to because it stings (sensitive skin) It grows very quickly and i can imagine myself in 2 years time shaving twice a day if i was going out at night.
Not started anywhere else yet, looking at shaving my chest though, dont like the idea of my slim toned bod covered in hairs XD
