A better weapon help.

So is there any other weapon i should do runs for?

On earlier versions (I think it got fixed on PSO+ but don't take my word for it), an untekked Lavis Cannon will still have the wave attack for the special but will hit with the power of a hard attack, won't miss, and won't use HP to do so.

You're best bet would be getting a nice pair of mechguns. Purplenum is overflowing with them and they're quite useful in Mines. If you don't already have a Kasami Bracer, look for one in Mines (1/2500ish drop from Canabins).

Other than that, you'll have to level your Fomar up to hunt some swords.
