PSOBB: DDwBP and Pioneer Spirit coming to US BB

After a couple of months with no updates Clumsyorchid has stated that in the maintenance taking place on Thursday 'A Dangerous Deal with Black Paper' and 'Pioneer Spirit' will be released. The maintenance will also take place at a different time from the norm, as well.

About the front page, it states 'an early maintenance period'. The scheduled maintenance time is actually 10 hours later than usual (normal time is 10am GMT-8, this maint is 8pm GMT-8).

I sincerely hope they removed SJS from the prizes.
Seeing every duper and cheater with Sange & Yasha or Jizai is gonna be painful enough.

Yeah, I really hope that SJS is removed and that things like Yasha/Shouren are very rare.

I think they got the name wrong, this is the quest with Ash and Rupika.

I'd like ID specific rare items to be removed from DDwBP, but I guess they will not change which ever version we get.

Edit: Is this the quest (Pioneer Spirit) where we get Pioneer Parts? The item database says "This mag cell became available for paying JP BB players in late November 2005" (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=2273). Even though I think this coming quest is Soldier's Pride and not Pioneer Spirit.

Hmm, yeah, Pioneer Parts was released when Pioneer Spirit was released, indeed.

Pioneer Spirit starts with Ash and Rupika, then a third character that has to be unlocked through clearing "Soldier's Pride" and "Despicable Lion" with true ends both times first.

Ah, well. Enjoy your new weapons and shields...

When I checked out the list of items, it made me angry to see that Tripolic Shield could be gotten on Normal mode. I worked so hard doing PW4 to get mine...

Yes, many items are available through DDwBP. I don't mind seeing a lot of HU's running around with Sange & Yasha (if it's easy to get through DDwBP), I guess I have the satisfaction of having one that I found the parts of.

To be honest, I wouldn't worry about the prizes- I mean, every HU has a Daylight Scar at the minute anyway, this is just a new phase.
