Well I really don't know what else to say...same fight only his stats are more supped up...and grants is what killed me...

At level 56 you really dont stand a chance unless you have like 3 Dragon Hps.
Pretty much plan to survive the Grants and the swipe and you will be set. The boss himself isnt that hard its just that his attacks do a huge amount of set damage.
Also get a Gush Handgun or a powerful Foie tech so you can do something to it while it is "invinceable"

NintendoMan is right though. If you get OHKO'd by it, it means your HP is too low. You need at least 2 Dragon/HP's in order to survive most of the attacks. It helped my RAmarl who is on Ultimate currently at LV57, maybe the HUmar will work also.

Good Luck, what weapon are you using, in your case I would use a musashy or the delsaber combo, shild secret gear, 2 ogre pow++ 2 Dragon hp, and a mag lvl 200 once again good luck

dragon hp are the most imprtant, if you die to grant then equip a resist holy

When I fought him with my 54 (at the time) HUmar, he had 2 Dragon HPs, a Resist/Holy (his slash did more damage than Grants), and I think a Resist/Blizzard (no one wants to get frozen). For weapons I had Yamato +56 or something, and a Varista +25 (used to be our RAmar's)

EDIT: Oh, my mag was a Kama that something like 40/150/10/0 (not very accuract; rounded each one)

DF is easy. Just have enough HP or scapes. The only thing that you should worry about is the Rabarta Glitch.
If you have VERY good Equipment, you can easlly beat him at lvl 40.
HP (390+ for Swipe) is your problem. (I tried it with my level 30 Fomarl with 3 God/Hps)
Get your HP above 390 and make sure you can heal back above 390 so you won't be killed by Grants.
Just watch out for the Rabarta Glitch and have enough HP.'
