Is the mag called a devils tail or a davils tail because i just got it and i looked at it and it said davils tail http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif I could have sworn it was called devils tail. Maybe it's because of the person i got it from http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif

It is Davil's Tail.

I'm not sure why it ended up being Davil's Tail (other than a typo by Sega which wouldn't come as a surprise lol.) The Mag cell is called Heart of Devil and the winged mag is Devil Wings, so it makes sense that the tail mag was "supposed" to be called Devils Tail. The guide here at PSOW has it listed as Devil Tail also which should probably be changed.
