how do I found out what it is, I know a good amount about comps, but I still need help. >.>

Go into command prompt and type the command IP config to see what your IP address is.

actually it has to be ipconfig all one word. ip config just yields an error. Also if you are behind a router it will only give you the LAN address assigned by the router's built-in DHCP. To find out what the WAN IP address is you can just go to:
http://www.whatismyip.com/

The WAN IP address is what other machines on the internet see when you communicate with them.
