Cant edit my info

not sure if this is a problem for anyone eles but i cant edit any of my info other then my character info.

i put everything i want to update in (sig, prefences,location etc...) i push save changes and i still have all my old info..

character data saves though. any help would be appreciated.

What happens if you try updating one field at a time? Also, does any of your new information contain quotation marks or apostrophes?

nothing happens when i try to update one thing. and nothing that im updateing includes any quotation marks or apostrophes.

ive been trying to just update my sig but my current one doesnt want to go away it appears
