MSN/PSO connection

Anybody still use MSN to connect? Because I have no free internet service for playing PSO and was just wondering if there are any MSN PSO players still out there. If there are, how do you do it?

is msn free, and if it is how do u sign up? i think i did it, i went to msn.con and on the top of the page it has SIGN IN i clicked on it and it has all this stuff and talked about a Net Passport. then i signed up for it and clicked ok. please tell me if i did it right. if msn isnt free tell me please
