I'm finally finished. It took me a good month to try and perfect it. This is pretty much the best I can do without photoshop. I had to cut and paste from other pictures I had. The rest I drew by hand. I colored it with paint on the computer. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_bored.gif

Anyway, what do you think? This is my first contest entry so comments are welcome.

On first impression I really like it. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_yes.gif I can see where you fit the peices together but other than that its an excellent pic for a "low tech" entery

This is Paint?! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Wow. For Paint, that's really nice. The only problem I see is that stip of water down the middle, near your char. Its flow of water is different from the rest of the water. Just thought I'd point that out.

Good job http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Wow, excellent job. I've seen other people just click on the fill button and blob away, but this actually looks like you took the time to fill things in by hand in some areas. A lot of the outlines look blurry/pixelated...alas the evils of MSpaint. I don't blame you at all for that.

Is that a Skyly ID on the board? Niiice...really like that concept. Only thing that I see wrong is the left shoulder. It just sort of...drops down, and doesn't really fit with the placement of the arm.

I put the image in it's own window, stood back about 5 feet, and it looks photoshopped to me http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif I blame MSpaint for the technicalities. Sad day that you didn't has Photoshop to work with, but I must say you pulled through with MSpaint and that's quite an achievement.

Kudos!

I too stood back and could barely tell the difference (mainly cause I have eagle eyes :/ ) But hell, one must do with what one has, no? For "low tech" (heh, computers low tech) it is great.
