Phantasy Star Game For The Wii???

I thought i heard somewhere they mite make one for the Wii. Anyone know more than i do about the matter other than the idea of one.

Virtual Console would be your best bet.

Oh and Episode 1&2 will be suported because of backwards compatibility.

o got it man i have those already i wannt a new one. friggen PS3 and the 360 get PSU i may just pick up the computer PSU game. what is the release date for PSU again???

ok first of all the Wii does not get a Phantasy star game the 'DS' will. and PSU is going to be on ps2, xbox360, and PC thats it. Not saying that PSU won't work with the ps3 seeing that its backwords compatible and all.

yah its for the PS2 sry. but still a PSO for the DS?!? why not the Wii. that bothers me.

I have not heard about any PSO game for the Wii but I have heard about 1 for the DS. I believe that I saw a photo during the Nintendo press conference for E3-06 but, I mit have seen it else where.(If someone can confirm this by watching the Press show that would help. Because at the moment I don't have the E3 show and the time to watch it. I will watch it again later this week.) All I remember right now is that when I saw the photo for it on DS I freaked out!!!
And going into it deeper:
It would seem like there is Wi-Fi online.
And (this is just me) maybe there are online quests to DL to your DS and what not.
Yes it is only rumors but yet at the same time why not for the DS...

THEORY: I recall someone at Sega saying in a magazine article that if the PSP proved to be a viable platform, that PSO would be released for it. I've heard nothing since, though. Maybe it was moved to the DS in the wake of the UMD-to-game ratio debacle?

As much as I want to believe a random member of a random forum dated about a year ago, that above link is no way an official confirmation. I just checked google and didn't find anything, so... I have no idea where you got the link but put it back where you found it.
