Hello o.o. What kinda music do u like and why. I like some Soft Rock, Rock, Hard Rock, and Metal. Now ya'll tell me yers >_> idk why im typing like that, but anyways what is you favorite kind of music!

I like Megaman, some J-rock, some rap (by which I mean GOOD rap, not crappy stuff), some metal, and classical.

Jam Bands, BlueGrass, Oldies, Punk, Disco, and a bit of everything else - plus mixes of multiple genres.

BlueGrass/Disco is quite nice... Keller does an awesome rendition of Night Fever.

Oldies/Punk can be a great mix too... Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies do a great version of Danny's Song and Who put the Bomp in the Bomp-Sha-Bomp.

Then there's always Drive By Truckers who are a sort of Alternitive Country group.

My I-Pod is host to the most confusing array of genres in existance. I have everything from metal(I have every album Metallica ever recorded. Rock on.)to J-pop, and everything in between. I love classical, soft rock, symphonic works ,(check out Gloriosa, by Yasuhide Ito. It's a three movement symphonic piece, easily the coolest I've ever heard.) Soundtracks too. I have all the music from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Get this...I have all the music from PSO too...

Rock. Mostly eighties and ninties. I can't stand some of the stuff these newer bands are releasing. I listen to quite a bit of Bon Jovi because they're my favorate band, but I've gotten into Nickelback after recently seeing them open for a Bon Jovi concert.

I like everything but my favorite genres are Rap(no mainstream), Old School, Soul, Neo-Soul, and Jazz.

Actually, a lot of old Capcom themes are really good. I've always liked Bloody Tears (http://castlevania.classicgaming.gamespy.com/Media/Midi/Saturn_Bloody_Tears.mid) from Castlevania 2.

As far as my favorite genre of music, I'd have to lean towards rock. I also like a lot of Reggae, R&B, Soul, Jazz, Blues, Classical/Orchestral and so on.

I have to admit that the Megaman series usually have nice songs. Back in my WinMx days I had a lot of Megaman songs. I had the Bio Laboratory theme from Megaman X4, Zero Theme, The Battle theme from X5, The openings to X4,X5,and X6 and Sigma theme from X4.

Another game series with nice music is Sonic the Hedgehog. I have the rock version of Green Hill, and Star Light Zone. I also liked the Death Egg song and final fight from Sonic 2.

Sonic Adventures 2 also has a nice soundtrack.(The lyrics may be corny but I can sing all of Sonic theme, Shadow theme and I can play the BioLizards theme on the piano.)

I listen to all kinds of stuff, videogame-music a lot too. The stuff that I'm into right now is stuff like bloc party, m83, panic! at the disco, thomas newman, shadow of the colossus.

I'm probably one of the few people in my enviroment who doesn't understand R&B and Hip-Hop. I just can't listen to it or see that it's such good music. Same story with the over the top death-metal stuff.
