Ok, it makes 3 levels that I don't get any ATA, anybody knows why?

Because they have bad ATA. If you looks a RA's they only get one every level or so...

What 3 levels? Check the stat chart here (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1184) and you can see that in the incriments of 5 levels, you can gain anywhere from 0 ata(lv 160-165) to 4(lv45-50, 60-65).
