Id prepare for a long haul, i never did get the one i was hunting on BB, you could get lucky, id say go for it, it does look good and is not bad as a weapon.

Angel Harp is a pretty good weapon on a FOmarl. (I remember Skorp's BB FOmarl-She looked so awesome with AH)

I say it's good for FOmarls, OK for HUnewearls, and pretty bad for all the other classes that can use it (except maybe HUcaseal)

yes they are pretty affective and instead of wasting all your tp on low damaging spells use it for support and fight for damage
