Moving Adventures!

I came up with this topic idea to go through all the places you've lived at/moved to, just cause I thought it'd be fun http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif It's like a life story only less specific in regards to the boring stuff

To start it off...

On December 25, 1988, I was born in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada, I believe in the Vancouver Grace Hospital. Good times. But I actually lived in Burnaby, for 6 months.

On July 2nd, we were on the way to Collingwood Ontario. That was the only time I've been on a plane, and since that was when I was a baby, have no idea what it was like, and am scared to death of them http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif We lived there for 7 years.

On July 2nd of that year (I'm not gonna count 7 years from 1989), we mosey-ied our way back West, to New West Minster (I think that's it) British Columbia. God that house was huge and had a patio. Lived there for a good 2 years.

Then July 2nd of that year (It's always gonna be July 2nd for the periods of moving due to work, and I always remember, cause that's my parents wedding anniversary http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif), we drove back to Ontario, Brantford that time. That was good times, where we crashed into some deer while we were in the States. Only the American Deer get confused by Canadian cars. We only lived there for a year.

Then we moved to Strathroy Ontario, for 3 years.

Then we moved to Scarborough (Toronto) for 4 years, my parents, "Retired," from the Salvation Army after the 3rd year, and we got to live in that house for a 4th, and then this year we moved to North York. And this place is only supposed to be a transition for moving next year

I was born in Winnipeg, can't remember exact hospital. St.Boniface Hospital, I believe, but thats not important http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

When I was born, my parents lived in an apartment complex on a busy street. When I was 3, we moved to our current house, which is....6 blocks away from the apartment XD And I've driven by our old crib so many times.

Born at Mercy Hospital in Merced, California on September 11, 1981, lived in El Nido, California until I was 18, lived in Merced for several months, spent two weeks in Portland, Oregon, moved back to El Nido for about four months, then to Chowchilla, California for about six months, then on to Clovis, California for several months, then a short hop to Fresno, California for something around two years, and finally back to Merced, where I currently reside.

Born in Boston Massachusetts in 1988. Lived there for 3-4 months. Moved to Florida for a few years. Moved to California for a few more. Moved to San Antonio Texas for a couple years, moved back to Pensacola Florida. Finally I ended up where I am now, Chesapeake Virginia.

And Now, in a little more then a year, I might move to North Carolina to go to ECU...lol...

My life has been on a move. (Let's ignore the movings before I came to the States. Though, those should be more interesting.) ;]

Within the first year in St. Louis, I moved 2x - trying out.
The 3rd move was to NYC to a distant-relative's apartment - big city call.
4th was from there to a nearby apartment - moving out.
5th was to a different apartment in a nearby neighborhood - rent hike.
6th was back to the previous neighborhood - apt. on fire.
7th was back to the same apartment that I first came to NYC. Hah, the circle of moving.
8th was to a different apartment in another nearby neighborhood - Housing Dept's order.
9th is to where I am now. This should be permanant!

9 moves within 14 years, that's like a move every 1.5 years. Even though most of the movings were relatively close, I think everyone in my family has enough of that, specially it's a 7-member family. ;]

Born in Syracuse NY, moved to a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, moved to Madison, WI, then back to Ft. Lauderdale, and now I switch between the panhandle of Florida and South Florida depending on if it's the school year or not.

Before I was born my dad was in the air force so our family moved around to so many different places. I was born in Omaha, Nebraska and we stayed there for a few months before we moved to South Carolina, we stayed there til I was about 2 then moved to North Carolina, we stayed there til I was 3 and then moved to Hawaii, I lived in hawaii until I was 5 and my dad died, then we moved back to minnesota and I've lived here ever since.
