Second, I'm not sure where, but I know there is a Guide here on PSOW to what you speak of. Just scroll down the left navigation menu on the PSOW homepage, look for Guides, and try and find it.

Start the "Seek my Master" quest, and take your Agito 1975 to the tekker standing outside of the shops on Pioneer2. He will convert it for you.
