GC-Quest: Adding % to weapons

I've looked at the guides and it just tells me to find data in the seabed?

Who and what am I looking for?

You have to the online quests East Tower and West Towers and talk to Paganini before entering the Towers. He tells you he wants some data. One disk is in the computer at the end of the Epsilon battle and one disk is in a computer in Seabed. Don't know which quest is Seabed though. Sorry about that.

Don't forget you have to do help Hopkins and Paganini in the East Tower first. As far as I know that's a prerequisit for doing the West Tower's sidequest.
