GC: online needs?

i want get online i know most of what you need for it but mst of the stuff in the manual is very coplicated can someone simplyffy what i need , and how i go about getting what i need and how to do everytihng like set up and stuff

really thats all? in the manual, it said like 'parameters and shit like that it was really confusing does the internet connection have to hav certain qualities? and whats a cat5 cable
