I REALLY HATE HOW ONLY CASTS AND NEWMANS CAN ONLY HAVE 150 MATS. Are the makers like, racist or something? Serioudly, why Casts and Newmans? Because Those are the ones I like, I hate humans. I made a FOnewm to make it a Leprechaun, I made a RAcast because Tryipticons character is pretty much my idol in this game, and a HUnewearl for Shifta and Deband. Grrrr..

I tihnk it's cause Casts get HP as they stand still, and Newmans get TP as they stand still

Not fair trade? They generally have better stats where it counts too.

Do you mean 150 MATS in total, or just for one stat?

Personally, I find standstill regeneration pretty useless.

But PJ's right, casts and newmans do have more specialized stats...unlike those wishy-washy humans who aren't exactly "good" or "bad" at anything. I guess 250 mats is a way for humans to compensate for the fact that they don't excelling at anything.
