is it true that if u have equiped hacked mags u cant find any rare items????

Only if the hacked mag is over level 200.

Hacked mags level 200 and under are fine and will not disable rare drops.

Stacked items will also disable drops.

i found it!!! thanks every body im done with my lvl 1308 sato now if any 1 wants a trade. (oh no are u gonna move this again??)lol

Yes, that and weapons with irregular percents.

Yes, things such as 227% on Native or something like that.

Irregular %'s on weapons do NOT affect rare drop rates.
