well are you playing on either PC or PS2. Kind of early for party recruiting. you also have to factor in the times during the day people will play, etc. etc.

so organizing a meeting time may take longer and if people don't show up on time you won't be sure if they'll make it and if you wait longer then more time is spent waiting and stuff. but it could work out with reliable ppl.

But anyways I think no one will have any trouble finding party members online directly, if they simply ask everyone they see in the cities if they wanna join for missions and stuff. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

The online community isn't gonna be empty like Gauntlet on Live Gold where you need to seek forums and request people to show up to play it online. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif
