I wanna create an acount for pso gc. is it too late too staart playing online seeing that psu is about to release

To be honest...Yes.
On ST servers, you will find practically nobody.
And I think (don't really know this) scht's servers aren't that populated anymore, haven't gone online for 6months I think

If you go on the Japanese servers, you can find quite a lot of people, if you get on while they're on. Otherwise, no, don't get online again.

Don't waste your time with online GC. Even if the servers were more populated, the upcoming PSU would still be a better choice if you wanted to get online.
