Who the heck is DB?!

Does anybody know? So far they havent explained it in my game (im in Ult caves) and I know that both he/she and Flowen both have their own cool sets but they dont include DB like they do Flowen...

Does he come in in Episode 4 or something?

oh yeah, and what's the difference between DB's saber and DB's Sword? just that the swords are replicas?

Flowens set hands down. DB's sort of sucks. As to your question about who DB is, I don't know.

Anyway, I take Flowen's Set. Swords are really useful.

Anyway, the Flowen's set is much better...although you could probably use your time more productively to find other, better items. The entire Flowen's set are replicas (at least all of the swords). The real Flowen's sword can be seen after fighting Olga Flow. There isn't any "Real" DB's saber....but if you wanted to wield Donaph's arsenal, just pick yourself up a Zanba http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Still, set items don't really settle with me very well. The Yusanagi wep is a saber, and is thereby useless.

So Donoph is DB? That's great and makes a lot of sense. Funnily enough that's one of my favourite quests.

As for the difference between the Saber and Swords; the Sword is more powerful, can be grinded higher and gives a bonus when equipped with the DB Armor and Shield.
I still find it weird that the Sword's are rarer but not as good as the "extremely common replica".

Although, if I had to pick, I'd say Flowen is my favorite weapon in my arsenal. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_cool.gif It's a sword, and thus very useful, also prettier than that Last Survivor thing which in my opinion looks like a giant Bowie knife or something. Coincedentally, I just found my second Flowen's Sword that my other hunter can use. I do so want that Zanba very badly though. Ever since I saw Donoph weild it. But, it can't make a combo? Or do NPCs just not know how? I didn't know that he was Alicia's father, that is neat to know. So, I am wondering, can same bonuses be had with Rare versions of the Flowen's items and Custom ver. 00 series? I ask because I have the handgun and the frame. Thanks.

Zanba can combo, it's just the majority of NPC's don't combo attack.

As for comparison, Kusanagi is far superior.

if you talk to alicia baz in the quest she identifies him as his father i believe. you can do a little "subquest" if you will between her and him and that mysterious moon atomizer you find from that hildebear youngling

Flowen was a military hero (no clue why), but Zoke was famous for owning three of the four legendarty katanas and be very powerful...but gets his ass owned in ruins...hmm

I was somewhat cheesed after the "Seek My Master" quest that I didn't get one of Zoke's swords.

But since I don't have the full DB set, any of the Kusanagi or Flowen sets I won't vote.

Come to think of it I don't have any full legendary sets...

same here. i have a flowens sword but no armor with it and i have the DB's saber which isnt really part of set. I do have the "Kratos is cool" set. It consists of the revival garment, ragol ring, asuka, 4 EDK's of some sort, and a lvl. 200 Varaha.

The DB's Saber is part of a set, it's just not the original. It works nonetheless. And since the DB's Shield is my best shield at the moment, it's a keeper.

If I'm going Ult my set is Divinity armor, DB Shield, 4 Metal Bodies, Rati lvl. 200, Yams, Soul Eater, Varista and a Master's Calibur...possibly some Vulcans since I'm in Mine...But that's off-topic XD.

Yh, but thanks for the info. I'll check drop charts and the stats for it. I wouldn't have looked if you hadn't said anything XD.

And Rati is a great Mag...works for me. Great for any class except Androids since they don't need that 50 MIND.

if i die with it on it will destroy itself to bring me back to life nad i spent 8 hrs getting it so i just shut the gaem of if it happens. with my ring on i have about 86 EDk and with my shield of delsaber i have about 96 EDK ^_^ so they just hit me and everything is fine!

stupid ragl rn gtook forever to get but its 12 stars and looks very pretty. it is lame that it revives me cus id rather sit there on the floor dead but aside from that i would recommend gettting it cus i felt very accomplished after gettign it. i dont know how to dupe items so i cant but i know how to mod
