Your drop chart, a red handgun is a good bet, from a Pal Rappy.

Get your lv 45 higher and you can get the Gulity light

Okay, if I'm to believe your signature, your RAcast is level 8? Therefore, drop charts are irrelevant until you get out of Normal. Handguns are going to be 13% of all the random yellow weapon boxes that drop off the monsters. Therefore, if you want handgun-type weapons, just kill anything that drops weapons, preferably as far into the game as possible (Autoguns start appearing in the Caves, and Lockguns in the Ruins, on levels 2 or 3 of each, IIRC).

Obviously, with your higher level characters you could hunt some halfway decent weaponry, units, and a high-powered MAG and just hand it over if you don't mind "twinking."

Get a few elf arms or anything arms and then find some easy rayguns or something with you Lv:100. With the right ATA he should be able to use those. If not find red handgun win Ult. from the pal rappy. Hint: if you killl them wait until they get up and hit them again. That's how I got both my r ed handguns. Oh and What the hell's a Redia?
