what techs can HUmar, HUnewearl, RAmar and RAmarl learn and what can they not learn and what is the max evel of the techs that they can learn?

HUmar/RAmar Techs to level 15, Anti to level 5 cannot use grants, megid or reverser.

HUmar can't use shifta or deband

RAmar can't use jellen or zalure

HUnewearl/RAmarl Techs to level 20, Anti to 7 cannot use grants, megid or reverser.

and doesnt HUnewearls or w/e their TP raises up gradually? that is so unfair not even forces can do that

Newmans regen TP while standing
Androids regen HP while standing

So half the forces do get TP regen

From what I have seen, it's actually pretty quick, I was standing still for a minute and when I looked, TP was almost full, so I'd say its pretty quick.

It actually increases with level, at low levels its pretty slow like 1 every 4 seconds, by level 80 its like 1 every second, and by level 130 its like 3-4 a second.
