what is blue burst?

ok, i played phantasy star online on the original dreamcast. and 2 days ago, i got PSO episode 1&2+
then i come here and i see "blue burst" and it looks really interesting. can someone give me some details on this "blue burst"?

Well, it's just an updated PSO. There are more items, enemies and a new episode (fourth.) I've never played it personally but it's supposed to be good.
