So here's the thing. I plan on getting a PS2. however, I want to get this thing for it that lets me switch back and foward between Japanese and American games. you mean a free-loader? you get get them on lik-sang.com. my friend has one for his gamecube im thinking of getting one for mine as well

they are called PS X-Change Discs. google it.

I found out that most of these Discs only work for PS1. So you will have to find a manufacturer that can do the same for the PS2. Sorry.
