He dropped the jack o lantern for me. When I use it, I get a random MAG cell. It's best to use the jack o lantern offline so you can get a cell you like. No trading cakes for me, eh ;3

The Hallow-Rappy is the same rappies you see in the Halloween cake quest. So if you have seen one of those, you now know what a Hallow-Rappy looks like ^-^ I found and killed one myself by a greedy little hunny took it right before I could *grumbles*. Looks like it's cake finding for me!
