Only from reading parts of it, but first part says gameguard's update, and something towards the end mentions firewall. So I'm assuming it can't access the internet to do an update.

What i use to do is turn off my fire wall untill the game is loaded then i turn it back on.

i discovered what the problem was, i have a gamegrard 714 server for pso bb because the newer version's FSOD me. I now know i need to turn it off to play PSU. Thanks for the help guys.
