As for your question, yes, you should have no trouble at all with Mines at Lv18- just watch out for the Garanz/Sinows.

you should be in ruins bye level 18, i know i was

you should be fine in the mines at lvl 18. my racast beat the mines at lvl 11.

My racast was lv 10 when I was going throw it.

Yes it will be simple to go through mines with a level 18, its simple enough if you were 10, and for the boss i reckon that hes the easiest boss out of all of them except for the dragon which he is very easy
