Which is a better weapon, for a HUcaseal?

madams umbrella is weaker than a dragon slayer and boosts shifta and desbnd which casts can't use. it also uses berzerk which isn't that great if you can't resta.

Berzerk is ok if you're online/have lots of mates.

For a HUcaseal, Dragon Slayer is like an automatic already. The only special you can use is the Berserk special and that technically isn't good with a Partisan style weapon. You can't cast Shifta/Deband, and you don't have any TP. There is nothing with it to help.
