how can i get rid of the data on pokemon trozei like the trozei list

I'm not entirely sure.

I checked the Gamefaqs forums..

"To reset, hold down A+B+X+Y+L+R at the "Nintendo/The Pokemon Company" screen. It will ask if you are sure, and then erase everything, including the trozei list"

I guess you must erase ALL of your data, and cannot erase just your list?
