Mag questions . . .

Just finished the halloween quest and got a magcell 213, and then I traded that for a heart of chao. It says i need 35 in all stats to use heart of chao. is that right? if so, is it worth raising your mag that high to use?
and also, did i get riped off in the trade?
it's no big deal as i can just go do the halloween quest again to get 213 again, but still, i hope i didn't get riped off.

I think it would be worth it, as you would probably eventually get to that point anyway.

Speaking of chao I heard their is a chao that you can downoad into your Gameboy Advance. Is this true? If it is how do you get it.
