i heard there was a quest in Ver 2 where you could get these. is this quest in GC PSO?

if the japanese dc-dl-quest "sunset by the ...-base" is now an gc-offline-quest, then yes. you have to solve the puzzle of rappies in that quest, but dont ask me how, i really dunno yet ^_^;

(try to set your language settings to japanese, when that quest is not available in english)
