DRESSING ROOM???????

Does anyone know how to reach the dressing room? I know the cost has been lowered significantly, but I dont see an option. Also, my friends character could do it, hes a lower level than mine...whats going on?

Get 10,000 meseta in your inventory (not the bank) and save and quit the game. When you select your character, there will be another option.

The dressing room allows you to change your character's hairstyle and/or outfit colors for a price of 10,000 meseta. It's quite useful if you're trying to match with your section ID or if you are into roleplaying.

Thank you - I love Latin as well. Unchanging (aka "dead") languages are so beautiful because they are so precise. You don't have the constant change in meaning and emphasis as you do with a language like English.
