disappearing items during freezes

OK, so I decide to do a run of Endless Nightmare 4 on VH and while me and one other person are running through I find not one but two rares. We finish the run and I go to the tekker to find out what they were, which I can't recall, than go to the guild to collect my reward and as I am kicked back to the lobby, my game freezes. I have to power my XBOX down than back up and go to an offline game with my character and all my items I was carrying are gone. MY CHAINSWD my mates, fluids, and atomizers, along with the lvl 200 Deva I always carried so I would have 1 mag for Power and 1 for Mind, and the two new rares I just picked up. Is there any way to contact Sega about this atrocity, it is ubserd that somebody actually takes the time to find rares legitly, instead of hacking them like everyone else does, and their reward is having the game freeze and losing everything. And is there anyone out there willing to trade a CHAINSWD for one of the rares I still have, which were luckily in the bank.

You could email Sega, but don't expect anyone there to do anything about it.
