rare items by section ID

which ID is finding the best items? ORAN freakin SUX so much on gc version. skyly has most of the good items.....i didn't even find 1 special weapon and i've been through hard mode ruins a couple of times...=__= *sigh* i better make another character with skyly

Your bad findings w/ Oran is PURE LUCK. Others may find good items with Oran. Or any Id for that matter. The rare probabilitiy is pretty much ALL RANDOM. your section ID just increases chances to find certain types of equipments, thus also increasing chances to finding rares associated with that types of items. But it doesn't necessarily mean you'll find rares easily. Though it's not as hard to find as it was in DC, still, why do you think they are called rares? Also, really good items start poping up starting with V.Hard generally.
