GC: My first FOmar

ok... i always use hunters and nothing else but im getting bored with them so i want some varity. soooo im making a FOmar soooooooo is there any advice you kan give me and any weapons i should kno about.. i want to be a off. FOmar and i want to be able to melee also

Put lots of dex on your mag. FOmars have TERRIBLE ATA. If you have any /arm units, preferably God/Arm, use those. Then, of course, put power on your mag, and def if you want. I wouldn't advise trying to find a mag that balances melee and techs. If you want to melee, yet still be able to nuke things, I suggest having two seperate mags.

For combat, you should always have Shifta and Deband cast, also, later on in the game Jellen and Zallure are invaluable. A good weapon to have would be Grass Assassin's Arms, or charge mechguns with hit.

In episode 2 with a little bit of luck,you could find a love rappy who would drop a Sting Tip.Its depending on your identification though.

Considering to the fact i have 14 FOmar's, i would put up 40 Power 50 Dex 45 defence 55 mind on a FO mag, Weapons i would choose an Elysion and for a gun, Holy Ray

whuts a good mag for a FOmar and how do i make it

I have a Fomar and I foud out the best wepons are The soul banish,
Red saber, and the 1980/1977 Agito will work on the melee attacks.

A power mag helped my Fomar out allot. But if you whant your Formar to
do sume good damage with your magic and melee use a equal states on the mag.

The best way to use a Fomar is with there Shifta & Deband / Zalure & Jellen those spells will help you allot Threw VHard and Ultimate.

for the nuke:
1. Fire wand: inda (or something close to that)
2. red or Rafioe merge
3. mag 15/0/0/185
4. 4 god/mind and 1 god/hp (in boss)
5. really good frame
6. lv30 (max rite?) rafioe
7. stuff to nuke!

Yes that stuff is good but he whats sume melee to so I say the 1980 Agito will do jest fine. If you whant to hit more than one enemy use the soul Banish that will help the melee.

fomar is a bad choice if you want to nuke. fomars are more of a all around char they have the worst tp out of the forces so no nuking. but the best atk so a saber would probly be the best choice for a fomar. for the armor i would just choose a 4 sloted frame that gives you the most def

I don't know if its a good advice,but i think you should do a Mag with all his lvl into Mind.If its not a good idea i want somebody to tell me.

Soul eater/banish, twin charkam, double saber/s rank twins, pan arm daggers, holy ray, red handgun, red saber, and flight fan/rainbow baton are all good melee weapons for a fomar and I have a fomar on lvl 185 so yea I should know the weapons to use to melee. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Range attacking you should use holy ray and red handgun. You can also use LK combat but only after you max your ata so you can hit something.

A mag for starters would be 5/150/45/0 for melee only or 10/0/40/150 for magic or for a balance you can try 5/100/45/50 or how ever you wish to add to your mind or pow mag stats.

Depends on how you want to play your fomar but if you want a nuker than go with a newman instead but if you want to melee try to raise your ata as fast as possible if you want to hit anything then after you have your ata at a decent level you can raise your atp to do some damage. hope this helps.

Yes those weapons are good but You forgot the Agito's 1980/ 1977 Those are good for a Fomar's for melee attacks.

I have a lv 176 Fomar.
