Beast tattoos questions

Does the form have it's own distinct forms of attacks?

Do they vary with the tattos?

Additional questions:

Do they end up with their own set of stats or are the stats "stacked" on top of your characters, ie if it's a FO and they choose attack power tattoos, will they actually end up doing the same damage as a HU using the same tattoos or will they be wimpy?

What varies is the transformation colour, the way the tattoo looks, and the stat increases (though one gives invulnerability). I am guessing these increments are in percentages, but I can't really tell.
