hildebear cane/ psyco wand

i was just wondering if someone could tell me how to make the hildebear head into a cane. Also if someone could tell me the most simple way to obtain the psyco wand. Thanks for the info

For the psyhco wand, pipe Mil Lilys with a purplenum (IIRC). 1/205 chance. Combine that with the chance of finding a Mil, and you got yourself a 1/104960 chance of finding one per pipe. That rate is better than everyone else's excluding oran, which find it from Ult Gibbles 1/12604, but why would you want an Oran? Plus, the only good way to exploit the Gibbles drop would be online, so piping is the better choice.

To get the hildebear's Cane you must unlock a quest called The Unsealing Door where you talk to Dr. Montague and hand him the Hildebears head, he will exchange it to a Hildebear's Cane

He also makes any other enimie weopon just bring enemy part and then you talk to him and he makes it a weopon

The Hildebear Cane casts Foie, boosts Foie, and its mouth opens too, heh.
The Hildeblue Cane casts Gibarta, boosts Barta.

As said, you can convert items into weapons via Unsealed Door, buy completing a sub-plot of quests.

For the Psycho Wand, this depends.

If you are offline-only, Purplenum Mil Lilies drop it at a rate of 1/205. However, Mil Lily itself is a rare monster (1/512), so you'd need to pipe, a lot for a chance at getting it.

Online, I think the Oran drop is a lot better. You can spam the first room of Phantasmal World #4 for 3 Gibbles, each with a 1/12,604 chance of dropping the P-Wand. Also, to a previous poster, Oran is a decent ID, especially in Blue Burst.

Although, Hildebear/blue canes suck.

Hildebear Cane gives a 30% boost for foie.
Club of Lanconium gives a 40% boost for foie.

Hildeblue Cane gives a 30% boost for barta.
Mace of Adaman gives a 40% boost for barta.

Piping works when you use either a telepipe or a ryuker you can use this affect for going back to pioneer lobby or finding rare monsters.

Mil Lillies are the rare ones, if they are more ob lillies there is a chance of finding a mil lilly

The chance of finding a rare is 1/512
