How do you play online quests in offline mod?

There is no downloadable quests for ep2. If you wanna play online quests, well.. get online. Even PSO+ doesn't have all the online quests.
Anything else is not discussable here.

the only DL quest ive ever seen is Central Dome Fire Swirl or whatever... thats it.

You only can play the online quests online not offline.
