Bin-Laden possibly dead?

Just heard it on the radio myself.

Says he died of Typhoid. Personally, I think he died of renal failure a while back seeing as he was in constant need of kidney dialisis. (sp?)

What are your thoughts on this?

Well, I guess I'm cautiously optimistic... If he died of a disease, that means he won't die by American hands and make him even more of a martyr... But I don't really know what I think...
