Ask Tycho via PM. For the most part, it is absolute legit. The only illegit thing is duping infinite Scape Dolls but that is minor anyway.

Realisticly, you could just transfer a ton of Scape Dolls though, it didn't have to be duped ones.

And he needed a LOT of scape dolls, remember he had to die on nearly every enemy just keep from levelling. and even killing the bare minimum enemies necessary to open doors, thats a lot.

I'm telling you, if you farmed Scape Dolls beforehand, it'd be doable. You'd just need a ton of Scapes.

Would it be the Blue Burst one he did it on? Anyhoo, why even bother doing something like that for 3 weeks. In my opinion it's a complete waste of life and time doing something like that.

Darvants would probably give a level up, but wouldn't he get level ups while trying to get to just the boss instead? Many areas need you to kill off the enemies before you can get to the boss and piping through doors can't help you with that situation. Killing just one enemy in ultimate would give you 2 or more levels.

No.

First, the things before you fight Dark Falz will NOT level you up, because it does not say "EXP +"

Secondly, it takes almost a month in order to complete this task, and you must be an extreme skilled player to do it. Emphasis on "extreme". Even if you know the advance features of PSO, it is not classified as "extreme".

Third, if you die and then a monster/boss dies, you will NOT gain EXP. This is the process he did for every enemy and boss encountered. Obviously it is a pain and slow process but very do-able if you time it correctly.
