How lucky have you been?

How many of you guys have gotten really good rares on the first of the guy that drops them? Rare monsters dont count.

to be honest, excluding rare monsters i got some nice things 2-3 times,most memorable is the justy i got on the 1st enemy i killed when i reached ult not too long ago followed by a cross scar from a gulgus like 20-30 mins after.

I picked the ARE YOU KIDDING ME option, but then I realised that I was really lucky either in hard on very hard mode one time. I got into one of the said modes, then did dragon, got a rare, then did Cave boss, got a rare, then did Vol Opt, got a rare http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif All without rest or turning off the game. That's the ONLY time I can say I was really lucky. I had a good weeken I found off line with my Humar I found a Red Scorpio in the forest,
My Hucast on line I was doing the west towers with a friend and found (L&K 14 Combats).
My Hucast on line jest going throw the stages found (Red Hand Gun)(Flowin sword not the real one) (Cross Scars)and a (Morning Glory) with one run throw the Forest-Ruins.

with my force, the first pan arm half (i can't remember their names) i killed in vhard spaceship dropped me twin psychoguns (with 35% dark too!) it was so great because i was expecting to hunt them for a week, and i got them in my first 5 minutes n.n

not really the first guy, but I've had a lot of lucky drops. like, 2 gulds (of which 1 got fsod'd),the sealed j, milla (but that took me a looooong time), lavis cannon, oh, and my 10hit heaven punisher from a sinow red on viridia. that last one is undoubtly the luckiest. oh, and lest not forget my madams parasol on the aboslute last pw2 i was ever gonna do XD.

i've never gotten really lucky... i always get items i don't want in high quantities (magic rock moola, red saber, cure/poison,...) , and items i want never seem to drop (magic stone iritista -got it after 26 hildetorrs- , monkey king bar - still hunting- ,...). so yeah, i've answered "are you kidding me?" http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

lol, took me so long to find red mechguns because my friend and i didnt know who was the section ID, we thought it was whoever killed it, not first player, and since i was further and in the ruins, i was a grennill, letting him kill all the merlans, he was a whittill

Thankfully I was able to get Milla easily through Black Paper's Deal. Been through close to 6k Gran Sorcerers on Blue Burst and just over 8k on Gamecube so far with 5 PDs =/

Do Photon Drops count because my very first time playing PSO the first box I broke open dropped one. Some of my other characters have been lucky with add slots. Not too much with rare items although with one character I did find 6 flowen's swords, a booma's arm, saw a Hildeblue and in Al Rappy in the same room and had both drop their rares.

Unfortunately I don't have such luck. I'm on Xbox. Central Dome Fire Swirl has a lot of Tollaws, but all the talking and fire-shooting bores the heck out of me. So I mix it up with the Forest 1 part of Lost Heat Sword.

I got a lavis cannon with 50% hit 40% native 25% dark on my 3rd ult forest run back on gamecube with my fonewm... Still untekked to this day... That was about 1st monst of US PSO EPI and II too...

Only one I can think of was a 1975 Agito from my First Whitill Mil Lily, which showed up in my first Multiplayer Cave run, heh.

Other than that, the chance of getting something rare from one enemy (unless it's a 1/2 or 7/8 drop) is ridiculously slim.

Luck? I found good swords guns and armor all last weekend that helped my character out. That is cool to But!!

Skill? I jest finally finish the C-Mode the first time and I think that was cool. Got a S-Rank sword and named it. That is worth more than a red box on the ground any day.

I got a Partisan of Lightning [25/0/0/0] from my second fight with the Gol Dragon, and a Twin Blaze [no %] after killing just a handful of Morfos, but other than that, I've been pretty unlucky.

It took me 7 Pal Rappies before I got a Red Partisan...As for non-rare enemies, it took me well over 100 runs of Forest of Sorrow to get a God/Battle. I saw 4 Hildetorr's over the duration of that hunt, but no Irista.
